Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping!

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests received after this timeframe will be denied. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.

Order Processing & Delivery

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays and sales. Orders will be shipped the next day after processing.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.


Customs & Taxes

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars and are tax-free. However, you may be responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery, determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive any merchandise that is incorrect or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We’ll work diligently to resolve your issue.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, expect the refund to process within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item or cancellation request. For questions about when the credit will appear in your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.
